  • We can still help with billing concerns, changing tariffs, pre-payment meter top-ups etc.
  • We still have access to funding for mains gas boiler repairs in emergency situations only, ie where your boiler is broken and there is a risk to your health from it not working.  Our installers will follow government social distancing guidelines when carrying out the work in your home.
  • Whilst we can’t now offer a face-2-face home visit we can provide you with a virtual alternative. This could include 2-3 phone calls or discussions over the internet as works best for you. We can also send you out some low-cost energy efficiency measures by post as well, but you would need to be able to fit these yourself.
  • We can also check your suitability for grant funding for heating and insulation measures, and whilst our installers can’t fit these now, it will allow you to have measures installed as soon as restrictions are lifted.  Measures include:
    • First Time Central Heating – both urban and rural options
    • Cavity wall and loft insulation
    • Internal wall insulation
    • Funding towards heating repairs and replacements
  • We also have access to a small crisis fund to help with energy issues (in some areas only)
