Telford Energy Advice (TEA) has entered an exciting new phase, with thanks to funding from the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme and Telford & Wrekin Council.

TEA continues to offer free and impartial advice with any energy-related questions, big or small – energy saving tips, guidance to resolve complex issues and connecting households to the right support for them.

TEA has partnered with two other local charities, Telford Crisis Support and Citizens Advice, to provide comprehensive support to Telford and Wrekin residents with the increased cost of living.

Citizens Advice provide free, confidential and impartial help on a wide range of issues, such as: benefits, employment, debt and money management, housing and much more.
