Our staff are all DBS checked and always carry identity cards. We are funded by a wide range of organisations, guaranteeing our impartial support.
In partnership with Citizens Advice Mid Mercia and Derby Bosnia Herzegovina Community Association, Warmer Derby and Derbyshire (WDD) is our energy advice service covering the Derbyshire area.
In partnership with Herefordshire Council, we offer free, friendly and impartial energy advice to householders and community organisations across Herefordshire.
Our Shropshire team offers energy advice and support to residents. Our local partners include Shropshire Council and Shrewsbury Town Council.
