This winter, MEA has been working closely with Shrewsbury College and Telford College to enrich the learning experience for students and introduce them to future opportunities within the low-carbon workforce.

This collaboration has included CPD sessions delivered by industry leaders, Partel, exploring the how and why of building airtight. The interactive workshops designed to engage students with the many ‘co-benefits’ of retrofit; from health and comfort to resilience and wellbeing, looking beyond just energy and carbon. 

We’re looking forward to continuing this series with events exploring other key retrofit topics, and site visits that will give students the opportunity to see these measures being installed first-hand.
