Call us. We can help in confidence with:
We recognise that your circumstances will be unique to you, and that the options available can be confusing. We will always respond to your needs with clear and simple advice outlining your options. You will then be asked to choose which options you would like to take, and we will help you to implement those. This puts you in control.
We can support you over the phone, by email, letter or, where funding allows, with a home visit. All our staff are fully trained and DBS checked, and will always carry identity cards. We are funded by your Council, and other independent organisations, guaranteeing our impartial support.
You can now apply by calling or emailing us or request a home visit online at https://bit.ly/2L93LAH. Criteria apply, but we’ll call you back to discuss this with you.
